I had a really frustrating experience at the KFC drive-thru recently. The line wasn’t unusually long, but the wait time just to place an order was ridiculous. Every single car ahead of me seemed to be stuck at the speaker for several minutes, and the line barely moved the entire time I was there. It honestly felt like something was off with how orders were being taken. Even when I finally got to the speaker, it took way too long for someone to respond. I’ve never seen a business run this way! But obviously the owner or investor has been there often. The supposed manager was the only one working. Everyone else disappears or hide and this was dinner time. I placed my online pickup order and my confirmation said it would be ready at 6:15pm. I was there 45-minutes, some people were there longer. And the manager had a cook from the back come out and let people know that we couldn’t get our money back. Maybe the owner or the investor should drop in around dinner time and see for themselves. Obviously, this comment won’t go anywhere as normal. Feel

It has approved tremendously. They were short staffed and had a few people that didn't belong there. Now it is running so much better. Great people and good food. If you were disappointed before. Give it a try now. You will see the change.

In the time it takes to simply order at the drive thru-let alone GET anything, I could literally raise a chicken from an egg and prepare it for dinner myself. Lesson learned.
