Otro Cafe it’s was decorated nice but I’m very disappointed the service I value my time, especially on my day off when I choose to support a local restaurant and try something new. Unfortunately, my experience at Otro Cafe was extremely disappointing, not because of the food, but because of how customers are treated. We checked in at 12:23 PM and were quoted a 30 minute wait. We were given a buzzer and waited in our car directly in front of the restaurant. After 50 minutes with no notification, I went inside around 1:15 PM to check. This place has become one of my favorite spots to get breakfast and lunch amazing quality food always amazing service i have had a bunch of different menu items the the queso con chorizo with the tortilla hecho a mano are my absolute favorite. But the El Madrid or huevo rancheros all amazing or skillet style tacos are amazing comes with cebolla and jalapeño I recommend this place to everyone 100%

Otro café lived up to its reputation on large portions and yummy pancakes. The staff was very nice and responsive to our needs. My pancake arrived cold so I mentioned it to server, she took it back, and made me a new one. They were very apologetic about the cold pancake. It’s a very busy restaurant but the wait to be seated and served was not horrible.

This was something that was suggested by my nieces, who know this town better than I do even though I grew up here. This place is a gem that I didn't even imagine was a thing. I know the color coffee shop cafecito, but they don't actually sell Cuban Cafecito which is what I was really hoping for when I first saw that shop on Google Maps. Despite the fact that no one notified our server that he had a new table, things were pretty amazing once we got started.
