Walked in and there was already a line of customers waiting to order. We stood there for about five minutes with no employees at the counter. I noticed that all of the employees were in the back, but what made it even more confusing was that the person at the front of the line was wearing a Wendy’s shirt and eating a meal right at the counter, so everyone assumed she was a customer waiting to order too. The whole situation was very strange. But the food was good once the employee came from the back to take our order!

It took three different employees to ask them to put toilet paper in the bathroom because the first two didn't speak English. Fine. But after finally getting somebody to get it the toilet paper is on the bathroom floor. I assume they tried to just set up on top of the holder. I come back out for my dinner in Mobile order and wait ten minutes before realizing they packed it as a to go order and it's just sitting on the back counter. So then I got to enjoy my melted frosty I'm sorry but a business can't properly function with this level of breakdown of communication.

I was expecting a simple fast breakfast. However my experience here was one for the books. The order came out wrong and even the coffee was cold. The manager had a terrible attitude, mostlikely dealing with her colleagues and attire issue from what I over heard. It shouldn't effect the customer service but it was very evident. Anyway just a heads up, management there needs some leadership training. It's starting to effect performance not just for me. I see the other reviews here. We need more customer care.

Toxicity Glitch★

I went through the drive thru with my mother to get some dinner for my family. They were out of barbeque sauce, out of cup holders for our 4 drinks and frostys, gave us someone else's drinks, knocked our food on their floor while giving us the drinks, then proceeded to put the chicken nuggets back into our back, and this staff member openly admits to us that she put those nuggets back in the bag 3 times. She didn't ask if we wanted new ones, told us we had our nuggets already when we asked for different ones, and instead she looked at us like we dropped them. We drove away when she started goi
