If I could I would do zero we paid for ten munchkins only got 8. How hard is it to count to 10? And i realize its 2 but I paid for 10. Its not my problem you have a miserable job or you hate it, its no excuse to have zero customer service. All the locations that were owned by the previous owner have all gone down hill so quick this is one of them.

I ordered an item directly off their menu, something that wasn't made up. I was then asked if I knew what was in the drink because the cashier didn't know what was in it. I was literally looking at their published menu as I ordered. I was then told they were out of the cold foam used for the drink and was asked if I'd like the regular one. The barista waved me off when I tried to say I didn't like the other cold foams. I didn't want to make an issue, so I said it would have been fine. And it would have been if there wasn't a hair in my drink. I didn't say anything because I really don't like c

I ordered a coffee and a donut. A simple order! I watched the guy making my coffee, “shake” my coffee with his hand. He wasn’t wearing any gloves and you could see the coffee that came from the cover on his hand. I ordered a Boston cream donut. When I open the bag, there is an actual feather on my donut. Right there in the frosting! They always take forever, and there always rude! There are several other Dunkin’s in the area, I recommend going to one of those for better service!!
