It's McD's. The person taking our order was excellent. The person handing us our food, was not. We just wanted something quick and got it. It's the first time at one in a long time and probably will be the same. Not my preference for fast food.

This is the worst McDonald’s location that you can ever get food from whether it be physically being there in person or ordering delivery! They’re incompetent, they’re lazy and they just simply don’t care and it shows in the service and food that you receive. The food is never fresh. The fries are stale. They constantly forget items out of your order. It’s ridiculous. This is actually the worst McDonald’s location in all of Connecticut.

By far the nastiest McDonald’s I have visited as seen in the photos! One of the employees even walked out with two chicken tenders in his hands and proceeded to walk to the back and wrap them to give to a customer! I took a photo of him and I complained to the manager and she simply shrugged her shoulders and said yeah I don’t know what’s going on. I can tell she’s a pushover and everyone else just does what they want! I also called to complain and of course no one responded! Beware this place is a dump and extremely dirty! The floor was so sticky my flip flops were sticking to it you can see

Incompetence would be a compliment to this staff. Ordered through mobile app and got down the street when I realized they didn’t put patties on the cheeseburgers. Drove back for them to fix it and they didn’t put pickles or onions on both of the cheeseburgers. Nice job!
