Had a pleasure to visit the good old hamburger stand. They made up for the fiasco I dealt with across the street with Chick-fil-A. Requested another good 20 to $30 worth of food 2 fresh out chili cheese Hot dogs with a chili cheese fries upgrade/12 fresh out hot jalapeno poppers and a medium root beer. The cashier attendant was respectful and professional. Clarify the order the way in which I spoke to him and emphasized the fresh out. The hot dogs we're not top dog but got the job done. My first visit to Hamburger Stand #82 was very disappointing. The atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming from the start, and I felt rushed while trying to look over the menu as a first-time customer. What stood out the most was when the employee brought out drinks for me and another customer. He told the other customer which drink was his but said nothing to me, leaving me confused and unsure which drink was mine. I had to rely on the other customer to tell me, and when I asked the employee, he did not respond. That interaction made me feel ignored and treated differently. The food was also poor

The Pastrami on rye would be so good if they just toasted the bread. I don’t know anyone that eats a pastrami on rye with in toasted bread, the fries were hot and fresh, please just toast your rye bread for the pastrami sandwich
