Yuck. I haven't been here in 10+ years but got a gift card. The sandwich was awful. And $15?! Robbery for the size you get. Not only were they out of several ingredients, but they forgot the sweet peppers. The chicken was cold and wet. I called in for a remake and the manager Rosa was so unfriendly and unapologetic. The staff at the pickup counter was really nice though. Final verdict: Panera is a no from me.

Javier and Rhae have INCREDIBLE customer service!! Couldn’t ask for a speedier check out, fabulous food, and overall great hospitality. And the fact that they are supporting the foster community while doing so? Indescribably kind. Absolutely LOVE this location and their staff!!❤️

Even though it wasn’t a busy place, the staff were extremely slow. I thanked the long-haired, bearded employee who prepared my soup, but he didn’t even look at me. The soup was also ice cold. This is the worst Panera Bread I’ve ever been to. Overall, the staff here have a very negative attitude toward customers.

Please come here if you like hospital food at luxury resort prices. If bland is your bag, baby, then you’re in the right place. If you like disinterested employees serving you food that is just north of a 7-11 sandwich, Panera is your spot.
