So, the food wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t good either. I was a bit surprised that nothing comes with the quesadilla. I asked for something ok with it but everything was extra. There was very very little steak in it and the quesadilla was extremely dry. My girlfriend got the bowl and each topping they added that she asked for was an extremely small amount. The queso was ok. The chips were unsalted and tasteless. Asking for a tip on the POS system was wild to me especially when they give you so little.. I haven’t been to a Qdoba in probably 8-10 years, and I was reminded of why. I cannot see myself

I went in there to order some rice chicken tomatoes corn and guacamole! So I asked the guy to scan my app! So I scanned the app and asked him what is free today! He told me chips queso or guacamole! So I said OK give me that and a bottle of Coca-Cola! When I was checking out with the card he told me $21.99 so I said hold up this doesn't sound right! So I said give me that receipt when the transaction is finished so I pulled out the card after I thought the transaction was finished! So when I am taking up the food to go sit down he held onto the food and said the payment hadn't go through so I

I used to come here every day on lunch break from work. Now they barely fill the burrito. The steak didn't have any flavor and the rice was still hard. Been like this the last 3 times I have been here. I'll be going to the one in lakewood instead. 22$ for a burrito you can finish in 6 bites. Also was extra rice and extra protein. Guys at my work are all complaining about the same thing. Might want to educate some staff.

Update: Bessie is amazing! We love her. Would you look at that perfect bowl! I love these guys in here. The service is always top notch. Everything is always fresh. And management is so accommodating and professional. We love this location and will purposely drive here because of the way we are treated when we eat here! You have a good management team and you should know it QDoba! My husband and I come in here and eat often. We are always treated fabulously, and the staff are great. Today, as we are eating, we literally can’t help but notice someone from upper management yelling at everyone.
