The worst service ever I just came to get a strawberry shake and there was only strawberry at the very top not at the bottom. I asked them to fix it. They act like they didn't wanna do it so now I will never be returning to the sonic again horrible customer service if you don't like your job, why do you work there? I don't care about you not being able to speak English at least be pleasant and productive which you're not and this is why people are going to stop going to fast food restaurants because the prices are overpriced and the quality is low and the service is horrible. We've been to this location a few times recently, and each time, our experience has been awesome! The folks working here are friendly, and our food has come out hot and fresh. We actually live about 25 minutes away, but even by the time we get home, everything still tastes great. Keep up the great work!

I was just in the drive thru 10 minutes ago. I was charged for a powered slush which I never ordered. I ordered a 5 peice chicken tender meal with total and mozzarella sticks. Had to go back because there was no tots. Get home and there are 3 tiny chicken straps. At this point having to go back a 3rd time is unreal. $22 for a 5 tender meal and didnt even get what I ordered. Please do better

Went to go pick up an order and the lady inside told me to go around through the drive thru, So I do and she's just sitting there talking to two other coworkers. I know they knew I was right there and waited 10 minutes to receive my order after another coworker had to come from the back Absolutely ridiculous!!! Do better Sonic
