There was a female presenting staff person that was working as a cashier at the Shoreline location by Costco. She could have been a supervisor and handed me a coupon after I checked out while I added an extra side of bacon to my sub. The service was excellent and the slicing of the meats and cheeses psychologically a visually made a huge difference. EDIT: I went back on 1/21/26 and was taken well care of. Thank you to the team and management for all getting on the same page and being so accommodating. Jersey mikes rocks! . . . . . . . I went into tonight 1/13/26 to buy a couple loaves of bread so we could make some meatball subs at home. This would be my 3rd time this month doing so but the people working this shift behind the counter said they couldn’t or didn’t know how to. One guy had terrible customer service. He became confrontational after being told exactly what sandwhich was wanted. I am not sure if he was having a bad day, but work should be separate from personal life. Also, another employee was there just watching as the guy became aggressive. Never coming back here again. I Regret paying for the sandwich. The Sandwich was great as always though.
