I’m sorry I neglected to get the name of the driver who gave such great customer service tonight. He was gracious when I answered the door on the phone (so rude!!) and had me sold on the the deliciousness of the Waji before he even took it out of the bag! Please tell him it was definitely worth the hype!! How y’all made a pizza that tastes even more delicious than a yakirrito (teriyaki burrito - it will change your life!) is a divine mystery. For years I've been wanting to try Pagliacci Pizza and today my fiance and I decided to finally give it a go. First off, I was thoroughly impressed with the architectural design of the building. It's different from most pizza places. Extremely attractive!!! The staff was extremely friendly and treated us with the utmost respect and were thoroughly helpful. The pizza crust is so good!! Crispy but not too crispy, easy to chew. They had 2 choices with meat and 2 without meat to purchase by the slice.

Friendly staff. Unfortunately our pizza was undercooked (raw dough in spots) and soggy. Mushrooms, green peppers and onions were crunchy and raw. The slices might have been a better choice. Really wanted to love this place since it is near our home. Update: Received kind communication from management. Based on their responsiveness and the friendly staff at the restaurant, we will definitely give Pagliacci another try
