I ordered pizza online at 7:48 PM and was quoted a 20-minute delivery time. My order didn’t arrive until 9:38 PM, and I was not informed that it had been outsourced to DoorDash. When the pizza arrived, it was obviously cold. I called the store to address the issue. After explaining the situation, her response was, “Okay, so what do you want me to do?” When I expressed concern about the two-hour wait compared to the quoted 20 minutes, she became agitated and stated they had no drivers and that the DoorDash order was out of her control. Missing ingredients. And this is what the sub sandwich looked like. Never been able to get an edible sub sandwich out of this location, they always look like this and have stale bread like this, and like they were assembled by someone who hates you Never was able to get a refund for the inedible food, either. Store said they can only refund items the exact same day they were purchased…

Order 2 pizzolis and wings. The wings didn't look fresh but weren't that bad the pizzolis were raw in the middle so I called the store a female answers and yells they're closed I told her I had a problem with my order without saying anything to me she put me on hold then hung up I called several times and got no answer

I'm changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars on principle. I was locked out of car and wasn't able to pick up my pizza . I called them to explain & ask to have my pizza remade and the did . Thank ya'll 😊 I'm still going to leave up my old pictures from the trash I used to get . I'll be fair and post a picture of today's pizza ,which was nice .
