Manager in blue rushed me while taking my order. I agreed to wait 20 minutes for spicy chicken. The jalapenos were rancid. Now the chicken was actually quite tasty and very delicious. It is the only thing that deserves these two golden stars... And the sides were SSA* *Read backwards.

Needed to get a very large order of chicken, but didn't think about it possibly being a problem till 10 mins before I arrived at the location. So, I ordered on their site, and it was very easy. When we arrived, the employees were very attentive and apologized that they needed 10 more minutes because they didn't have that much chicken premade. They wanted to make sure it was fresh, something I appreciated. The young man who helped us was great and worked hard to finish it up. Then he helped us carry it all to our car. Thanks for a great experience. We always like Chicken Express.

Love Chicken Express on the Bedford/Euless border at Bedford Road and Trinity High School! Great double lanes for quick take out and a nice indoor dining room if on the go. Great Fried Chicken or Fish and sides from hushpuppies to corn nuggets and dessert with flaky Cherry 🍒 Pie 😋 !

This place is always missing some part of our order, every time my dad and I go or even if my dad orders for lunch like yesterday they forgot our roll, and I also forgotten something else in my dads order too several weeks ago, but this manager needs to retrain the workers here and make sure they are listening carefully and listening up so they include everything in the order and don’t miss anything.
