I’m pretty disappointed with my experience here. I noticed employees wearing casual Crocs in the kitchen, and one staff member was even rubbing their bare feet while working around the food. It’s completely unsanitary for a food service environment. I definitely won't be returning, and I'd recommend checking your food thoroughly if you choose to eat here.

I had a great experience at Church’s Chicken in Euless, Texas! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the sides were just as delicious. The customer service was excellent—the staff was friendly, welcoming, and made sure my order was correct. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and served so efficiently. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this location to anyone looking for great food and outstanding service!

On June 9th I decided to get Chuch’s Chicken for the family. I placed my order online while I sat outside in my car. Went in to tell the lady at the front counter that I wanted spicy chicken for the dark meat. I order the 10pc family meal and 3 apple pies. I didn’t check my order like usually. Got all the way home to discover all the food was like old. Burnt dried out chicken, old coleslaw, apple pies should have been thrown out. I took the food back and requested a refund. I was told I would have to do it online. I did and 5 days later NO response or refund. I will never eat at Church’s Chick
