I ordered the you pick two, with the Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice Soup and the Mediterranean Chicken Greens with Grains Salad and a French Baguette for the side. When I received my food my side was not included. This happens pretty much every time I eat at a Panera, so I went up to the window to ask for the baguette. They said they were currently out, but there were some in the oven, and it would be about 12 minutes. They didn’t bring me any when it was ready, so I went back up after about 12 minutes and I received a massive piece of baguette, so it worked out in the end! I ordered at one

I usually have a decent experience at this location. However, I recently ordered take out and when I arrived in the car, I realized the French baguette loaf (the whole loaf) I ordered was missing. I went back to inquire about it and they merely informed me that they had none available/ready and said it would be 12 extra minutes if I wanted it. I wouldn’t have minded substituting for another bread or just taking it off the order, however I am very disappointed that they let me leave knowing my order was incomplete and just hoping I wouldn’t notice until I arrived home.
