I came in to get the impossible burger meal. I ordered no ketchup no tomato extra onions. However, when I got the burger, it had ketchup and tomatoes. Unfortunately, I had to go through again because the new order had ketchup on it. Thankfully, Nicole was here and she is phenomenal! Not only did she give me a whole new meal to replace the first one she also threw the second one retake she gave me a free meal to come back and get. No joke I thought I was in the 70s! She gives great customer service shout out for Nicole!

First time to this location in the Augusta area. Top tier from the service to the food! I work in food service as well as a manager and serv safe certified. You tend to catch the small details others may not. I didn't catch the young man's name working the drive thru (@ 8:15pm 4/22/26) but he has excellent customer service skills. Also noticed the beard covering... A+!! Delicious 😋

Look, you've eaten at these joints before, and you've been to multiple locations. This one has a score of 100. If you haven't been there lately, you can get a Whopper and a fry for $10. That's cheaper than a double patty at Five Guys. Is the quality the same? No. But if you're craving a burger and you're on a budget, this may be the better bet.

What is the deal with Burger King not giving BBQ sauce? I have asked for it multiple times, but they won't give you BBQ sauce no matter what. All they do is slam the bag full of ketchup packets. I will continue to rate and review ALL burger kings I see until the issue is addressed at EVERY location. I don't have this problem at McDonalds or anywhere else.
