I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your restaurant. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, my party informed the staff that we needed just a moment to finalize our order. Within less than a minute, despite there being no vehicles behind us, three different employees came over the speaker and repeatedly pressured us to order. We were interrupted multiple times and were not given adequate time to review the menu. As we began placing our order, staff members continued to rush us and frequently interrupted before we could finish communicating our meal selections

I ordered the bbq tenders twice now and received plain tenders finally someone said they don’t sell them anymore, but if you don’t sell it why’s is it on your menu. There was no apology nor did I get the difference in cost back. I will never eat at this location ever again.

Sunny has phenomenal customer service the food could have been horrible and i would have left happy lol. The food was good, biscuits could have been a little fresher but they were meh. Sunny made our experience personable and she also greeted every customer who came in after us the same manor.

First and last time eating KFC. $25 for absolute trash and hardly any food. Never again . The 8 piece looks like someone fried some pigeons.
