However, if you see an older white man with a hat, know that he pressures for a tip and admitting that paying his employees a reasonable wage rather than scrambling for tips he finds "bullshit" then bars you from returning to the restaurant. It's no wonder I've seen such a high turnover of servers over the past 6 months. Fix yourself
