The only thing except exceptional was the young lady that was in the front that greeted me with a smile. It was very well mannered outside of that their managers are very unprofessional. I ordered extra meat paid for extra meat open the pizza, and it looks like a traditional pizza as I order from there all the time so I’m sure I know what it looks like instead of accommodating to say hey we’ll throw a little bit extra on there, but please be aware that we have standards of Pizza and how they’re supposed to be prepared I was met with I can’t expose the portions and preparations of the pizza. The young lady at the register was very pleasant, pizza prepared perfectly, unlike another location in PA tried a few months back. The reason for a 4 on food, Pepsi was not in cooler, so had to go with room temp. Crust of original pan has either been changed by PH, or was made differently here. Wasn't bad, just wasn't as good as original pan.

I really love everything about this pizza hut. They are very kind and patient with me. They even help me pick what I want with some suggestions. The food is always delicious. I usually go at night so it's very quiet so I love the atmosphere. The service is awsome. Just 10s across the board.

Made an online order and their delivery service put my food on the ground. Called the store and was met with rudness telling me that there is nothing they will do to rectify the situation and was hung up on. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE RUDE DISRESPECTFUL................. No customer sevice skills!!!!!!! I go to the store and see that they leave their phone off the hook. At the store for 15 to 20 min waiting on a remake and the phone on counter remained off the hook with no one checking on it. I can hear someone trying to talk to anyone in this store and no employees picked up the phone!!! Terri
