How customers are treated when concerns are raised says everything about a business. We have been coming here regularly for years, and most of the staff have always been friendly, welcoming, and kind — which is why this experience was so shocking and disappointing. The issues started with confusing and misleading pricing. There was a sign advertising pumpkin pancakes at “.75 per pancake.” Our waitress also reinforced that understanding. Instead, we were charged $5.99 for a single pumpkin pancake PLUS an additional $.75 per pumpkin pancake. That is absolutely not how the signage read. Then w

Ordered take out last night! Service was fantastic right from the Hello on the phone! When arriving at the diner- we were immediately greeted with a welcoming hello and our Food was bagged and ready! The server repeated our order and was sure to specify the couple Of Additional Requests we had were Fulfilled . The food we ordered was hot and delicious! Highly recommend this great diner!

Quick service and friendly servers, but the kitchen is subpar. I asked for my hash browns "well done" and received barely cooked potatoes. Even doused in salt they're still hard to eat. When my waitress, a tall, older lady, asked how everything was I told her the potatoes weren't cooked and she just kind of shrugged and walked away. No offer to replace them or have them finished properly. Not the first time the potatoes were underdone either, but the first time nothing has been done to rectify the situation
