I was very disappointed with my order. The Chicken Frontega did not taste up to the standard I’ve experienced at other Panera locations, and the quality was noticeably lacking. On top of that, I ordered Broccoli Cheddar Soup but received Chicken Noodle Soup instead. Mistakes can happen, but receiving the wrong item and finding the food quality below expectations made for a frustrating experience. I expect better attention to accuracy and consistency from Panera.

I come here at least once a week and the service is ALWAYS GREAT. Tasia is not only an incredible person but you can see the workers respect her as a manager who enjoy working with her. I've been to many panera breads and this one is the BEST cause of the service and atmosphere

Don't bother customizing your order, they will just make it however they want. They don't read the tickets. I've have to have my food remade on 4 separate occasions because I have diverticulitis and they keep putting tomatoes and lettuce on the sandwiches even those two will kill me, literally. So I guess my best options for "healthy food" for my lunch breaks will be making everything at home, but way better. Cause at least I can cook and make their fancy stuff. I just don't really want to but I'm being forced to now. This will be my last time coming to any Panera.

Seriously Panera, Avo is in the name and there’s only a teaspoon worth on the sandwich?!? Disappointing. The staff however was amazing!
