Do Not go here unless you absolutely can't go to the one by Krogers. This crew is rough to begin with. Willing to overlook until I get the wrong thing and then no thing where a sandwich was left off the order. Stop here at your own risk and always check your order before leaving. The owners last response to incredibly bad service was we are sorry to hear that. Pretty much tells you everything you need to know.

I've been to this Arby's in the drive-through twice in the last month, and the service the worker gave was ridiculous. Both times, I got there 20 minutes before close. I get off work late, and I don't want to cook when I get home, so I stop by to get something small. The first time I pulled up, nobody greeted me. I said hello two or three times and still no answer. So I drove away, and as soon as I was leaving, I saw the worker leaving and getting in a vehicle, and the store was not even closed yet. All the fried food is all dropped in oil a 2nd time just freshen it's temperature from sitting out for an hour already. The service is just as bad. Id implore you to have them recite your order to double check but at this point I'd hope you wouldn't even waste time going herr. Theyll get your order entirely wrong and then deny accountability for it by blaming you . Never again Arby's in fairborn.
