As KFCs go, you could probably do worse. The employees are really very nice. The restaurant was very clean, and the food was very good. The only bad grade I would give this place would be the bathroom. It definitely needs a makeover, and fast!!

KFC has a pretty good Tuesday deal, eight pieces of thighs and drums for $10. And we all know why this deal exists, so they can get rid of unpopular pieces rather than throw them out. I like thighs, I don't like drumsticks. So, when I get this deal I usually just ask for all thighs, no drums. And usually, at other branches, they are accommodating. Speaker was silent for a while, had to remind the blonde lady that we got a Mountain Dew and they forgot the mash potatoes, and gave us spicy wings instead of non spicy 💔 we have had several issues with this specific store!! The one in Beavercreek is way better I would recommend that one not the shitty broad street kfc

Absolutely horrible service!! They forgot items from my order and got upset with me for asking for them. They also got upset because I said I would wait when they said they would have to make it fresh. They never brought the items to my car, I had to go in to ask again for them, after waiting three times the amount of time they said it would take. I contacted corporate but so far, no response. Don't waste your time going here. The inside of the place looked disgusting. When they finally gave me my items, they were undercooked and inedible.
