I have loved this place since it opened! It is the cutest burger place around. Their burgers are a family favorite. I love the guacamole bacon cheeseburger and their fries are always the best (please don't ever change them). Also their milkshakes are hard to beat! The owner is super nice and has made this place a great family hangout. I just hope one day we can have one in Vacaville!

I ordered 7 burgers , and it took about 1 hour to be ready which is okay because it was a lot of burgers. I have a couple complaints since The burgers are above average expensive. The burgers tasted good but for two burgers that were 6oz compared to other 2 burgers that were also 6oz. The patty was very small. Also the temperatures aren't accurate, I ordered 3 medium temperature burgers and 1 had no pink at all. I ordered a medium well and that was more pink inside than the medium burgers. I got a bacon cheeseburger and my wife got chicken tenders. The food was decent. The patty seemed to be a premade and possibly a frozen one but it was definitely a good quality one. They have a small salad bar and the ingredients looked and tasted fresh. The restaurant itself isn’t anything fancy but it has a skater / surfer vibe. Service was great and there was plenty of seating.

I placed an order that included carrot sticks, and my order called out as “ready.” When I arrived at the counter to pick it up, I was only then informed that they were out of carrot sticks. No apology was offered, and no substitute or compensation was suggested until I specifically asked, “And how are you going to compensate me?” Only after I asked was I offered fries instead. What made the situation more frustrating was that the fries were not started immediately.
