BEST DRIVE THRU EXPERIENCE IN THE WEEE HOURS! I have been going to Taco Bell for decades, but my first time at this Taco Bell location, store#038846. To the crew who took my order at 2:28 am on Jun 16, and to whoever prepared them…YOU TWO ARE DOING A FANTASTIC JOB!!! For the first time in years, I got a hot and freshly made 5-layer burrito and a piping hot shredded beef dip taco, and a very courteous service!

I recently went to the store to order a Cantina chicken soft taco. I wanted it Frisco style, so I mentioned to the staff. It was a guy with glasses and he said that the Frisco style just have the tomatoes on it, but I said I guess Frisco style is with onion, tomatoes, cilantro, and lettuce, and I said I want fresco style with cheese, so don’t take out the cheese, but he said so, you just want a regular cantina chicken soft taco, and I said no, I want to fresco style though, so he tried to rephrase the sentences which even I didn’t said after I placed my order, then he said your total is this m

I accidentally ordered a confetti cookie drink after misreading the menu and thinking it was a cookie. I simply asked staff to refund the single item. Instead of being honest about what they were not willing to do, they took my card and pretended to refund my money. When I checked my bank account later it had an item pending for $0.00. And showed that they charged me for everything despite taking the extra drink back. I never accepted or drank out of the drink so they could’ve just dumped it out but instead they pretended to refund my money.
