Lila the employee was on her phone texting when I called her twice for my milk shake she was supposed to serve me. Apparently texting while working is more important than servicing the customers. She should be fired.

Really disappointed! I JUST had food delivered from here. I was charged for 5 cups of cheese on the side for dipping yet zero cups of cheese showed up. When I reached out they were nice enough to refund me $15 which was $12.50 for the cost of the cheese plus an additional $2.50 for my trouble. This was a problem because OBVIOUSLY I ordered the cheese for my food because thats what I needed to enjoy my food THE WAY I LIKE IT. I would have rather them bring me the cheese that I ordered then to give me $2.50 for making me not enjoy my food. I probably won't be using them again.

Not great. Super slow service, even though the place was no busy at all, no ice in the drinks, no cheese in the mozzarella sticks, and the bread in the Hawaiian Fish Deluxe was freezing, but the fish was freshly cooked (so yay I guess). Unsettling vibes in the parking lot, and I watched the Ford Explorer behind us wait even longer than we did. It took us 20 minutes to eat our buffalo sliders, fish sandwich and roast beef and cheese- the car behind us had not even received their food yet. At least the lettuce and tomatoes were fresh.

I went to this location today. The staff went above and beyond on my Dip Swiss meal, made exactly as I requested. Restroom was clean and I felt comfortable using.
