We stopped here during a road trip and were genuinely surprised by how warm and welcoming the staff was. The female manager Norma was absolutely phenomenal, you could tell the whole team’s energy flowed from her leadership. Every single customer walking through the door got a greeting it felt more like a neighborhood diner than a fast food stop. Exactly the kind of pit stop that makes a long drive so much better. Highly recommend!

Norma greeted me with a smile and was so friendly! I ordered the $10 eight chicken piece special they have on Tuesdays. What a bargain! Norma was so sweet to let me try a wing because I wasn’t sure if it would be too spicy for me. It was a tiny bit hot, but delicious! Go try them!

The first time I visited this KFC fallbrook , Ca. , location by Mission Rd . I was impressed with their service and the cleanliness of this location . The one I ordered was really fresh especially the chicken. The second time I went the other day , I did not check my carry out order , when I was on my way to work , I opened it and I was given the crispy chicken instead of the Original Chicken which I always order. A good experience at this KFC. The food was hot & fresh. The chicken was juicy and seasoned well. The Mac & Cheese was, ehhh, the mashed potatoes & gravy delicious, and Coleslaw was good. My overall experience, I give a 4 star 🌟 rating. I would give a 5 star 🌟, but now no plates are given for pickup orders.
