This location has earned every bit of this one-star review. I've tried ordering in the store, through the app, and at the drive-thru speaker, and somehow there's almost always a problem. It's beyond frustrating when you can't count on getting a simple order right, no matter how you place it. What makes it even worse is the customer service. The young employee with glasses has been consistently rude and dismissive every time I've dealt with him. On the occasions he's handled my order, my drink has ended up wrong, making an already disappointing experience even more frustrating. Everyone makes

I placed the order through the app because this one was on my way to work and I got my coffee and it was the nastiest thing I ever tasted. I wanted brown sugar syrup and white mocha sauce with cold foam and the cold foam melted in two seconds and it had absolutely no sweetness to it whatsoever like I don’t know who made my coffee, but it was absolutely disgusting. I threw it away immediately. It was so disgusting and I’m so mad because I really wanted this like I really wanted this Starbucks I really did I really really did and it was absolutely absolutely disgusting Nasty

I come to this location because it’s the most convenient to my home, but I consistently have the same issue. When I order light ice, the cup is still packed with ice and the drink is nearly gone after two sips. Because of that, I started ordering no ice. Today I ordered a grande iced banana matcha latte with no ice and was told the cold foam would “sink to the bottom.” I’ve ordered this exact drink with no ice at other Starbucks locations and never had that issue — the foam stays on top and the drink is properly filled. There is nothing quick about this locations drive thru/service. Be prepared to wait 10 minutes to order and 10 minutes to receive your items— it happens to me every time to the point where I would rather go out my way and go to another location with faster more pleasant service and this is the closest location to me. It seems to me like they are simply understaffed. In addition the quality of the drinks are inconsistent which is extremely frustrating.
