I'm gonna agree with many other comments--the service here is hit or miss... BUT, I will say, Carmen is the best! 5/5 stars for her service! She never has an attitude and is always friendly and helpful in the drive-thru. She doesn't "do the most"--she seems genuinely friendly (unfortunately some folks nowadays in customer service seem as if it is hard to simply be kind/cordial...). Thank you Carmen!!

I called today to see if the front counter was open so I could place my order ahead of time. One of the employees told me, "Yes, but we're closing in 12 minutes." I replied, "I'll be there in 3 minutes, since I live right nearby." I arrived at 9:53 PM—and the doors were locked? That is completely unacceptable! It wasn't even 10:00 PM yet, and they had already closed early. What kind of customer service is this?! On top of that, you lost a customer today. I will never buy food there again.

This place is hit or miss. If you come here during an off time especially, the food tastes like it's been sitting. Almost like they cook a bunch of burger patties for the lunch crowd and the extras just sit under a heat lamp and when you show up at 4pm the patty you get is dry and stale tasting. I live nearby and have been here many times over the years, believe me, its poorly managed

Blood spatter on wrapping! Manager tried to tell me its paper. Then showed a whole stack with even darker more splatted blood smeared paper. Looked like someone had a leak over the stack of papers! Even if it is paper who wants to eat something that resembles a homicide? At least I got my refund, off to the doctor to see if I contracted any diseases.
