Food was good. But be prepared to wait. Took 25 min from time stamped on recipit until they started to make food. Others who placed it at same qiask got theirs faster. Order aheads where also waiting. That was rediculous! 25 Min.! The drive through was even worse. Problem is... they cater to the door dashers and it is not fair to people walking in. Way too slow. And if you need the restroom... they need to buzz you in - good luck getting ahold of anyone.

I ordered 2 soft tacos. The grease spilled out of the taco covering my pants, car seat and my shoes. It was like a brown disgusting river of grease all over me and my new car. NEVER AGAIN AT THAT TACO BELL.

Food was all burned beyond just crispy, it was black charcoal and smelled like smoke! And we were also missing items from our order.

They're usually always busy drive thru. Expected. I ordered 2 chalupa and there was hardly any filling in them!!! Did they add less filling and raise the price?!. March 2026. Did an online/Pick Up inn drive-thru order with the APP. Got a Luxe Box. $7.69+tax. I chose 1 med Drink 1 taco. 1 chalupa 1 cinnamon Twists
