I have been to many of the Fayetteville Vietnamese restaurants and have also had Pho in places like Virginia, Florida, Atlanta and Oklahoma. Saigon Bistro is by far the best Spicy Vietnamese lemongrass beef noodle soup (Bun Bo Hue) I have ever had. 🍜⭐ The broth was very rich and flavorfull and balanced perfectly. I had requested extra toppings and there were plenty and a lot of meat (tender) in every bite. Everything tasted very fresh and was made well and had lots of flavor. 😋🔥 My main observation was that the bowl of soup I received was more than just comparable to other Vietnamese rest

I love Saigon Bistro!!! Its one of my favorite restaurants. We went for an early Valentine's Day lunch!!! Our server was as always on top of my questions about their vegan options. My tofu stir fry was on point!!!! Jerry got shrimp stir fry he said it was delicious. We have been here 5 or 6 times and I always say Next time I'll get some soup!!! It always looks so good.

Pho was on point. My only complaint is no tripe, but I won’t hold that against them. Friendly service, they were a little packed so it was slightly slow but still will go back. No complaints with the food at all.
