I am submitting feedback regarding yet another disappointing experience at this location. After a previous negative interaction that resulted in your company issuing a $10 coupon, my family decided to give this location another chance. Unfortunately, this experience was just as frustrating. We placed an online order on Saturday at 7:12 PM for a pizza and Crazy Bread. Waited fifty minutes for a twenty five minute order for sauceless cold pizza. I want my money back and a coupon for another location, I will never eat at this store again. One and done, get it right. Or get the hell out of the pizza industry.... stop charging for convenience. When your product is garbage.

I am submitting feedback regarding an unpleasant experience at your location tonight. My family and I placed an order totaling around $17 that included a Hot-N-Ready pizza, Italian Cheese Bread, Crazy Bread, and a 2-liter Pepsi. After receiving our order, my son asked if Parmesan could be added on top of the pizza. My daughter went back inside to ask, and the pizza was taken to the back and the Parmesan was already added before anyone informed us there would be an additional charge. Only after the Parmesan had already been added did an employee named Caleb state there would be a $2+ charge.

Expect long wait times. They rarely have hot n ready around dinner time. The workers don’t seem to wear protection on hands or face. I don’t want to come here again but always forget when the desperation of a quick pizza arrives.
