I just waited 20 minutes. I asked for onion rings got fries. The burger is literally freezing in the middle of the meat. I even backed up in the drive thru to let him know that I asked for onion rings, not fries. He says "ok I gotcha" I still get fries. The thing is I work in the restaurant I know how aggravating people can be. But I also know how to order correctly and efficiently. I promise I have worked that business for over 20 years. So I would like this to be escalated to corporate and would like a response in a timely manner. I was in the Pensacola N. Davis location Friday June 5at approximately 11:00 after working a very long day.
