Our food was absolutely lovely and even when the building is packed the building layout provides enough space that it’s not too overwhelming. My only issue is the amazing corner they placed us in shared space with a stack of children’s chairs that was over five feet tall just visibly occupying dining room floor space. That specific stack of items was not only up against my other party members’ back, but may not have been the best cleaned because flies kept wanting to hover around them. Wonderful, friendly service. Carmen is fantastic and FAST! IHOP CORPORATE- why are you charging over 5 bucks for 3 grapes, 3 pineapple, 3 honeydew, 3 strawberries????? This is an outrageous cost on this. Your sides are incredibly over priced. Someone with some authority---please lower fruit prices.

***UPDATE*** Things have changed since our last visit and review. (I am leaving the previous review below for comparison between the two visits. Our latest dining adventure took us to IHOP on Davis Highway, and unfortunately, the experience was a bit mixed. Things got off to a rough start. There were only about six to eight customers in the restaurant, yet there was no hostess or server in sight when we arrived.
