Drive thru is incredibly slow, oftentimes >15 minutes for 5 cars. They are now asking, verbally for tips for $4 cups of drive thru coffee. It’s a very awkward customer experience. I was getting coffee here each morning for the last year or so and have recently started going down the street to Starbucks due to the awkward experience coupled with wait times.

Figured while Dashing would give it a shot! Why not what could it hurt? We ordered a Strawberry Shortcake Frozen drink. Oh my goodness. IT IS SO GOOD!! I swear it's made with fresh strawberries or something it has the literal taste of a freshly smashed strawberry in it. It is delicious. We normally don't like to try things at coffee places since neither of us drink coffee but 10 outta 10 will be back. The staff was very friendly also! Can't post a new review so I'll add to this one! A better solution can be found for compensating your employees than forcing awkward interactions in the drive thru to beg for tips. Additionally, a very poor attitude and rude service does not qualify for said tips. I hope this makes its way to Biggby’s staff on Tiffin Avenue!

We were lucky enough to get there when they had fall flavors out. Their caramel apple frozen drink tastes like it could have actually had apples in it. The pumpkin spice had a little more spice than pumpkin but still tasted good. Their blood moon drink had a surprising amount of carbonation. For how busy they were on a Saturday morning, they were actually pretty fast with their service, and we went through the drive through. Their menu could be a little simpler but I’m glad they had enough diversity in their selection for our non coffee drinkers in the car.
