We paid $17.07 for one classic beef and cheddar and a 5 PC chicken tender. The chicken tenders were so small, they didnt even fill the fry sized cup they came in. Of the 5 "tenders" one was literally just a brittle broken off piece of what once was a maybe an edible tender. I have never been so disappointed with a fast food experience and for the cost of this, it was completely unacceptable.

Amber is amazing! She turned my whole day around today. She is friendly, quick thinking, and fast at getting things together. I had to place a mobile order through Uber, didn't get the deal I thought I was getting, also there is not an option to order things the way you want them, example, adding extra cheese, or getting honey mustard with anything besides chicken. She listened to me, didn't make excuses even though it had nothing to do with her, she just fixed it in the best way that she could. Willingly Without attitude. Ordering & wait time: Placed the order online with an estimated 5-minute pickup, but it ended up taking around 15 minutes. Not a huge issue by itself, especially since there were only about three staff members handling drive-thru, in-store orders, and cooking — clearly understaffed. Food quality & packaging: This was the main disappointment. The food seemed to be already prepared and sitting there, yet still took time to be handed over.
