Ordered a 3 pc tenders for my kid.. got home they gave me poppers..so..I spent $14 on $3 item.. and the staff was rude about it when I called ..attached pic of my receipt with the poppers.. no popers on my order but there they are...definitely won't be coming back

We went to this location the other day and dined in. We ordered customizations on the chicken sandwiches and I wanted no salt on my fries. The food came out hot and fresh, it was accurate and both times that we ordered, we were greeted and the gentlemen were both friendly. We love this location, always fresh food and greeted warmly.

Where do we begin????? What a Father's Day Visit. This is not the Carl's Jr I remember. The service cannot be considered fast food, I believe I could have mailed a hamburger from New York via snail mail with a postage stamp and got it faster. Oh yeah, then they forgot some of my food and told me that I was wrong, but I could not prove it because Dexter from Dexter's Labratory did not provide me with this piece of paper. This is supposed to be a big cheese burger no pickles add mayo, extra cheese and another hamburger patty. Completely un acceptable
