My wife and I have eaten at this five guys many times with generally good service. Tonight was a different story. We ordered our usual meal with regular fries but the cup wasn’t even full and there were no extra fries in the bag. I thought it was a mistake and questioned it at the counter but was reassured that this is indeed the $5 regular fries. Pretty disappointed that $5 no longer gets you a full cup of fries. Sadly, we won’t be returning to this location.

I can in around 9:00 pm. The tables had not been wiped down. And the grill onions that I ordered on my sandwich were non-existent. I truly feel like their food quality has gone down. But I guess it's expected with the price of nowadays and them trying to keep their cost low.

The burgers are absolutely delicious and never disappoint me. They always fill me up and are consistent in quality. I also love the bacon.
