I am disappointed with my Domino’s delivery experience. Instead of delivering my order to my door, the driver left it unattended in my building’s lobby without notifying me or attempting to hand it to me. Food should not be left in a common area where it can get cold or be taken by someone else. I expect better communication and delivery service, especially when paying for delivery. I place this order through uber and my complete address was in the delivery instructions, why was my door bell not ringing when it was delivered??? And why in the lobby and not at my apartment, the box was not even

If zero stars were possible, that's what I would give. Staff, manager & delivery drivers are all RUDE and disgusting. Ordered pizza at 4:20; said it was delivered at 4:50...it was not. Asked for a pic of where they left it; said the driver had it and hung up on me. Was told my order would be remade and sent at 6; still no food at 6:45. Called back to talk to the manager who hung up on me telling me the clerk "didn't understand me"...huh? Pizza finally showed up at almost 8. These idiots will never get my money again. GO PICK IT UP; they will deliver your pizza elsewhere and hang up on you when

What’s the point in tipping if delivery can not fully be delivered to you. I use to tip really well and lately I have noticed that no matter how much I tip I will have to walk out to pick it up from their car. I just had a baby and wanted a break but I honestly can’t get one even ordering pizza. On top of that my pizza box came soaking wet. (It wasn’t even raining outside, I’m hesitating on giving my kids it) No hi either

We were unable to enter the gift card info online due to an website error. So we chose the "pay in store" option where we plan to use the gift card. However the store employee won't let us use the gift card and claimed that we can only apply it online (not true!!, according to Domino's policy). We had kids with us so we had no other choice for dinner and so we reluctantly gave him a credit card. Then the employee claimed that they ONLY accept cash. We knew at this point that he was basically making this all up so we said we had no cash. Lord and behold..... he begrudgingly accepted the credit
