On the evening of July 14, 2025, I went to Subway in Downtown Florence on North Court St for my elderly aunt. I try to order her particular sandwich online but it wasn't showing up. I called Subway and have mentioned about the issues I was having online and requested to place it over the phone. The employee told me that I couldn't place the order online and that it was against franchise policies. So I have arrived 5 minutes after the phone call to place my order in person. First, when I first came to this subway location, the worker was rude to me because we had a miscommunication about the sandwich. And refused to change it and walked away. Then, another subway worker came to help me, but I brushed it off because maybe she had a bad day. I came again today and made an online order because they had a deal, and they messed up my sandwich. It looked like a bomb on my sandwich because the quantity was significant. It was so big that it ripped my sandwich. After all, they put too many items on it, so it was unbearable to hold my sandwich. Overall, there was terrible

Food was edible but I paid a tip on a carry out online order and asked for my sandwich to be double toasted. It was completely unheated, cold.
