I seen rats running around in the drive through and when I got my McGriddles they had no sausage patty in it. A McGriddle is literally only 2 Pancake buns and the Sausage patty how do you mess that up

03/ 21 /26 Today at around 2:30 PM, I arrived at McDonald’s to pick up an order. Unfortunately, despite arriving on time, the staff did not give me the order and their behavior was not appropriate. At this location, there are two female employees—one tall with blonde hair and another shorter with black hair—who treated me very poorly and unprofessionally. I hope the management provides proper training in customer service and professional behavior before assigning responsibilities to employees, so that such issues do not happen again in the future.

I purchased an order on the app. It went to the wrong location. I called & spoke with the assistant manager Omar & he not only told me that he couldn't provide a refund but he couldn't give me a phone # to customer service. Omar was on the phone with me when the gerber McDonald's gave me my order. Omar verified he had the florin road order in his hand but still couldn't refund me. This review is being written so that someone can contact me & give me a refund
