I've been going here for 3 years and im questioning to myself why. three out of four times my order will be wrong, bacon will be missing from a bacon quarter pounder. My issue is usually resolved after I hand my order back to staff so they can add bacon but it makes my visits unenjoyable as I know ill have to wait 15-20 minutes to get my order in most cases when i order ahead through the app. I think this is a training issue and I can understand that its difficult to keep a trained workforce when the turnover rate is so high. Loved this McDonald’s visit! Got this Super Mario toy on my first date—such a fun surprise. The customer service was amazing, especially the girl ‘D’ who was super friendly and made the experience even better. Definitely a memorable visit!”

If you work at a fast-food restaurant and take customer orders, you should have a basic knowledge of the English language. I had to repeat my order three times, and it was still taken incorrectly. Additionally, it should not be difficult to prepare a Happy Meal and include everything that is supposed to come with it. One happy meal did not have an apple. Overall, terrible McDonald’s!
