Walked up to the menu and seating area around 7pm and never had anyone come out to take our order. 20 minutes passed and still no one came outside. We had to walk up to the door to be helped.. not sure if that’s common practice, but felt neglected. I understand they were trying to help those in cars first (we saw plenty come and go) and clean up before close, but walk up customers should still be looked out for and helped🤷‍♀️
