I never have a problem with this place. I have always ordered my pizzas here for years. Today a lady asked me to pay over the phone (from customer service experience, you don't ask for payment over the phone because it can be used for fraud.) I've never been asked that before. She then asked if I would be paying in person, I said yes. She then refused to put the order down for pickup and said my order was complicated. I ALWAYS ORDER THE SAME THING AND MORE. So we ordered a supreme pizza and a bbq chicken pizza. When we called and complained about the supreme pizza being burned we were told “there’s no way it was burned.” Then as you can see the bbq sauce isn’t there and just a few pieces of chicken here and there so it’s mostly a cheese pizza.

I’m using my sons google account, but anyways just got some pizza from fast five & honestly I’ve never gotten so nice customer service from this beautiful girl named Melanie F. !! She was so sweeeet!!!! Thank you girly! I know you had a mask on but keep on with that beautiful smile o saw through your mask! 😍😍❤️ Pizza was bomb also!

DO NOT go here! When I went to go pick up my pizza, Alma was being rude and not showing professionalism at all at her job. I had also encountered her being unsanitary by touching dirty surfaces and handling food with no gloves and not taking any precaution. I am disappointed and will not be coming back here again. Save your money and time.
