The new owner, Lavi, has done an incredible job with the place! I started going here 10 years ago and has been my favorite place to go in all of Fort Collins since. A unique hidden gem in Old Town, Fort Collins! The updates to the space. The updates to the menu and the bar are wonderful. The food here and the service here is amazing and absolutely recommend if you haven't been the choice City in a while or you haven't ever tried choice City for lunch or dinner. A person would blink and miss this place, which would be a shame. And you'd be forgiven for thinking it a meat-only joint. It does have meat a-plenty, and the pink in my partner's burger is proof of the kitchen's skill and respect. What floored me was the fact that they'll adapt pretty much any dish (like cheesesteak) to vegetarian or vegan. Their veggie patty is delicious and holds together (and on a pretzel bun!).
