I stumbled upon TH with a quick google search looking for gluten free options! I am gluten free and dairy free.. I was able to have most things on the menu. Emily is very accommodating and kind. It is noticed that staff at TH has a passion for the food served. I also over heard another server going above and beyond to meet dietary restrictions! Such a needed gem. I had the bleu CB and apple caramel cake with the house brewed hibiscus tea! It was lovely. Cannot wait to try other options!

Absolutely amazing food! As a non-vegan, I’ve been wanting to expand my horizons, and will definitely be returning to this location. The waiter was great at answering my questions and the rest of the staff were so nice! The highlights were the Golden Milk Latte (which uses turmeric and black pepper) and the Cajun sweet potato fries, alongside the sauce the accompanies the dish. I also got the Philly Cheesesteak, which is as identical to its non-vegan counterpart. The seitan buffalo wings definitely tasted more like seitan instead of chicken, but the buffalo sauce and seasoning was superb. You

Yay everything is vegan!! We ate here three times during our Ft Collins stay, and every dish was excellent. The harvest bowl was our favorite: the tofu was exceptional as was the house made kraut, and the rest of the veggies plus the sauce made the bowl incredibly delicious. Second favorite was the black & bleu burger: a total flavor bomb with the blackened seasoning plus jalapeños and chipotle sauce. Also amazing were the kimchi bowl, a southwest salad, house sald, and soup of the day. The service was super friendly and the bathroom was clean. Highly recommend!!
