Came in when there was no customers in front of me, took me 40 minutes to have my order completed from start to finish. Two employees only- both were very kind but super slow and seemed like they weren’t fully trained or needed help. This isn’t the first time the service has taken so long. When this first opened, there were multiple employees and everyone seemed hard working and efficient. Not saying these employees aren’t hard working, just seems like there is a lack of efficiency and urgency.

Nice people. Was a patron after 8pm. They'd possibly been very busy prior to our arrival. Had to wait quite a while to be served as they caught up with those before us (no one was behind us). Bathrooms weren't very clean and running out of toilet paper. Tables were not wiped down from previous customers. Food was good. Offered a coupon because of our wait, Unfortunately we're from out of town so probably won't be able to use it in time. Was a kind gesture. We were picking up 4 different kinds of pizza coming in from Columbia City to FW to take for dinner to our son and his fiancés newly purchased home for the first dinner with us since they moved in. The pizza was excellent. We had the herbivore. Crust was perfect. Love the spicy sauce on this. Just the perfect amount of kick! The veggies were very fresh. The rest of the family ate chicken & olives which they enjoyed as well as a traditional sausage and pepperoni that one of our boys ate the large alone and grandma ordered mushrooms and pepperoni and said it was so good!
