Coldwater Location. We love the food and drinks here, but SO NOT WORTH going here since they replaced the staff after renovations because the new staff blast the music to the point you CAN'T have a conversation with your friends or employees. Or you cannot do your work on your computer because you CANNOT even think. We use to come here on a regular basis before, but are forced to look for a NEW location.

I used to go here daily to do work on my computer and enjoy the atmosphere. The staff knew me by name and always knew what I wanted before ordering. I have been in twice since the renovations. My first experience was decent, but my most recent was horrible! They had the music blaring as if you were in a club and all the staff were singing loudly. I was there for a work meeting and couldn't hear the person sitting across from me. We cut the meeting short and left. I love Dunkin', but this location is no longer my favorite!

They replaced the staff recently. During the week the quality of drinks is usually really good, but on the weekend the quality unfortunately just goes down so much. The one on Dupont Rd is still really good. Coffees and all other drinks are really watery and lack flavor

Really appreciate the speed and efficiency at this dunkin' donuts. Sophie and the entire team always have a positive attitude when I'm on my way to work!! Great coffee!
