What a super experience! This was after having a horrible experience at a restaurant across the street, we got up from the table and came here. Food was excellent! And the drinks were great. We had dinner at Burtons Grill & Bar in Framingham this past Friday night, and Crystal made the entire experience exceptional from start to finish. She was warm, polished, attentive, and genuinely knowledgeable about the menu in a way that immediately stood out. You can always tell when a server is simply reciting specials versus when they truly understand the food, and Crystal clearly knew what she was talking about. Her recommendations were excellent. She guided us toward some of the stronger, more premium choices on the menu, including the filet mignon, the ribeye, the crab-crusted haddock
