Best potato salad I’ve had in Franklin! Excellent value for money and good food. We got the family pack with a couple extra sides a couple times during the holiday season to feed 4-6 adults and 2 children- though I suggest ordering a bit more meat.

⭐ 1 star Really disappointing experience at BB’s Bar-B-Q. The meat was extremely dry and lacked the tenderness and flavor you expect from good barbecue. On top of that, the staff came across as rude and unwelcoming, which made the whole visit even worse. I left feeling like both the food and service fell far short of what I’d hoped for. I won’t be coming back.

This is actually a drive thru type restaurant. No interior seating. Got the pulled pork and rib plate with baked beans and coleslaw. Ribs were overcooked and dry. Pulled pork was okay, nothing great. Coleslaw was bland. Baked beans were pretty good. Both side dishes were on the small side. Cornbread was the sweet variety, which I detest, and very dry. One and done for me. Cannot recommend this place.

I wanted this to be a good experience. I believe in the roadside shack with amazing food. I have experienced it. But this place is not that. From the guy on the phone who struggled to take my order to the very dry food that left us unable to eat the entire meal, I can not recommend this place. The guy at the pick up window was nice enough and they did get our order correct, but the food quality was poor. We spent $60 to sample a variety of meats and sides and I can not recommend a single thing. There has to be better bbq in Franklin.
